	Morgans beer making kits from Australia is the "luxury" brand of the Coopers company. Morgans beer kits contain 1.7 kgs of hopped malt extract and will produce 23 litres of home made beer. We have the accessories and equipment you need as well - use a keg if you want to be professional about your home brewing - or bottle your beer, but always use good quality tools. The Range
	Golden Sheaf Wheat Beer A former Australian National champion wheat beer. A golden yellow highly aromatic Weiss style beer with excellent head and vanilla overtones. This is a classic Weizenbier, clear and bright until chilled, then cloudy but golden. As with all good Weizenbiers, it tends to be very frothy in the early stages of fermentation. When fermenting Golden Sheaf it is recommended that a fairly large fermenter be used to allow for the early stage of frothing. Colour in 23 litres ebc 5.5 – bitterness 20 IBU.
	Blue Mountain Lager From the famed Blue Mountains that form an historic part of The Great Dividing Range between coastal Sydney and the farming plains of Eastern Australia. The Blue Mountains are renowned for the freshest of air and crystal clear waters of the creeks and brooks that pattern the region. This is a beer that is cool and refreshing with a light pleasant hop bouquet. Colour in 23 litres ebc 4.5 – bitterness 25 IBU.
	Stockman's Draught A beer for a hard earned thirst. The Australian Stockman takes plenty of satisfying at the end of a full day’s muster in the outback (read: office). A medium hopped rich in flavour pub style beer that is perfect for a big thirst on a hot dusty day. Colour in 23 litres ebc 7.5 – bitterness 28 IBU.
	Royal Oak Amber Ale A smooth full crystal malt flavored beer, highly hopped with a light caramel aroma. A delicious evening ale, reddish in color with a fine head. Royal Oak can be slightly frothy in the early stages of fermentation but will settle down with a normal head space in your fermenter. Colour in 23 litres ebc 20.5 – bitterness 38 IBU.
	Iron Bark Dark Ale From Australia’s outback, the character and strength of the great Iron Bark Tree typifies Morgan’s Iron Bark Dark Ale. Powered up with special dark crystal malt, a hearty caramel flavour with deep aroma and nutty overtones. The Iron Bark Dark Ale is a perfect chillout after a dusty day's crocodile wrestling. Colour in 23 litres ebc 65.5 – bitterness 25 IBU.
	Dockside Stout A former Australian National Champion Stout, so good that it also took out the “Best Beer of the competition” award. Full bodied with a rich roast flavour and a satisfying residual bitterness, this is the obvious choice for winding down after a hard day in the docks or a yare landing of your yacht. Colour in 23 litres ebc 81.5 – bitterness 32 IBU.
	Golden Saaz Pilsener The name Morgan’s stands for Superior brewing products for those who understand the difference between good beer and truly great beer. Morgan’s use only the highest quality Australian two row malted barley to produce this classic range of beer kits. A variety of hops and roasted malts combine to impart nature’s own flavours and bouquets that are found in only the best beers. Golden Saaz Pilsener - A Pale golden lager with that unique fresh Saaz hop aroma. Crisp and refreshing in the true Czech style.
	Yukon Brown Smoked Ale Yukon Brown Smoked Ale carries a deep delicious chocolate nutty flavour rounded off with a hint of smoke. The obvious choice after a dreary day of digging in the gold mine.
